Net Impact Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to use basketball as a vehicle to expand educational opportunities for underrepresented K-12 students.

Our Story

Will Eudy and Veer Shah founded Net Impact in 2025 to leave a positive impact on K-12 students through their shared interest in the game of basketball.

Will and Veer previously worked together in Richmond, Virginia. After striking up a conversation during the first day of training, they frequently organized pickup games with coworkers and other friends in the area. Founding Net Impact gave them the opportunity to build a similar community while helping the next generation of students develop academically and professionally.
